Ten Occupy Wall Street Heroes In Ten Days: Tim Pool

Day two in my Ten Occupy Wall Street Heroes in Ten Days series is journalist from Chicago, Tim Pool. Pool works for the independent reporting group The Other 99. He is famous for his grueling, 21 hour live Ustream of the protests from New York. I was totally glued to Pool’s continuous live stream of the protests when Liberty Park was raided by the NYPD. I can’t imagine live streaming for 21 hours. At one point Pool was so weak he asked anyone in the crowd if they had a banana he could eat. Pool’s live stream can be viewed here at Thank you Tim for letting the whole world view Occupy Wall Street live and literally making the chant “the whole world is watching” spot on.
