A special counsel was finally announced for the investigation into Trump’s ties to Russia. It will be headed
by former F.B.I. director, Robert Mueller. Former U.S. Solicitor General,
Neal Katyal helped draft the special counsel regulations. In a more recent interview on Maddow, Katyal discussed some of the ways Trump could possibly try to
sabotage the investigation and derail the special counsel.
